By accessing the website, joining the waitlist, creating an account, using quote credits, purchasing a plan, generating quotes, downloading quote PDFs, or using any part of the tool, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About The Rapid Lawn Quote Generator

The Rapid Lawn Quote Generator is a software tool designed to help lawn care business owners create faster mowing quote estimates using property information, lawn area estimates, user-entered measurements, equipment settings, pricing targets, minimums, and other quote inputs.

The tool is intended to support your quoting process. It does not replace your professional judgment, site inspections, customer communication, pricing review, or responsibility to verify final pricing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use The Rapid Lawn Quote Generator.

By using the tool, you confirm that:

- You are legally able to agree to these Terms

- You are using the tool for lawful business purposes

- The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge

- You will not use the tool in a way that violates any law, regulation, or third-party right

You agree to:

Early users may receive 5 free quote credits before payment, allowing them to test the tool before choosing a paid plan.

Free credits are provided for evaluation purposes only and may be limited, changed, paused, removed, or replaced at our discretion.

Quote credits may be consumed when you generate, process, save, download, or complete a quote, depending on how the system is configured.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

6. Plans, Billing, and Payments

The Rapid Lawn Quote Generator may offer different plan options based on quote volume, features, billing frequency, or access level.

By purchasing a paid plan, subscription, quote credits, or other paid access, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method provided.

Plan pricing, quote credit allowances, features, billing terms, renewal rules, and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout or on the pricing page.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

- Paid plans may renew automatically.

- You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not want to continue.

- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

However, many real-world factors can affect the accuracy of a quote, including:

- Slopes

- Wet areas

- Obstacles

- Trees

- Landscaping

- Pools

- Hardscape

- Ditches

- Trimming requirements

- Blowing time

- Drive time

- Customer expectations

- Local market conditions

- Seasonal conditions

- Equipment speed

- Crew performance

- Errors in map data or satellite imagery

- Incorrect user inputs

- Changes to the property after imagery or data was collected

You are responsible for reviewing, adjusting, and approving any quote before sending it to a customer or relying on it for business decisions.

We do not guarantee that any quote, measurement, price, quote range, PDF, seasonal value, or estimate will be accurate, profitable, accepted by a customer, or suitable for your business.

9. User Responsibility for Pricing

You are solely responsible for your pricing decisions.

The tool may help calculate quote estimates based on the settings you enter, but it does not know your full business costs, labor burden, taxes, insurance, equipment costs, overhead, profitability needs, market conditions, legal obligations, or service standards unless you enter that information correctly.

You agree that:

- You are responsible for setting your own pricing targets and minimums.

- You are responsible for verifying measurements and quote outputs.

- You are responsible for confirming final prices with your customers.

- You are responsible for honoring, rejecting, changing, or adjusting any quote you send.

- You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, taxes, licensing rules, and customer agreements.

10. Quote PDFs and Customer Use

The tool may allow you to generate or download quote PDFs.

You are responsible for reviewing all quote PDFs before sending them to customers.

We are not responsible for:

- Incorrect customer information

- Incorrect property information

- Incorrect pricing

- Missing terms

- Customer disputes

- Lost jobs

- Miscommunication

- Customer reliance on an unverified quote

- Any claim arising from a quote you send

You should add your own company terms, scope of work, exclusions, payment rules, customer approval process, expiration dates, and service disclaimers to any customer-facing quote where needed.

11. No Business, Legal, Tax, Accounting, or Financial Advice

The Rapid Lawn Quote Generator, The Lawn and Snow Pro, and Green Industry Solutions provide educational, operational, and software tools for lawn care business owners.

The tool does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, financial, or professional business advice.

You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your business.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use The Rapid Lawn Quote Generator to:

- Break any law or regulation

- Access or attempt to access another user’s account

- Share your account with unauthorized users

- Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or reproduce the software

- Interfere with the tool’s functionality or security

- Upload malicious code

- Overload the system

14. User Content and Inputs

You retain ownership of the business information, property details, pricing settings, and other inputs you enter into the tool.

By entering information into the tool, you give us permission to process, store, display, calculate, and generate outputs from that information as needed to provide the service.

We may use aggregated or anonymized usage data to improve the tool, understand feature performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve our services.

15. Third-Party Tools and Services

We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, data limitations, map inaccuracies, payment processor issues, API changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

- Lost profits

- Lost customers

- Lost opportunities

- Incorrect quotes

- Measurement errors

- Customer disputes

- Business interruption

- Data loss

- Subscription or credit issues

- Reliance on tool outputs

Our total liability for any claim related to the tool will not exceed the amount you paid for the tool in the three months before the claim arose, or $100 if you have not paid for the tool.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Lawn and Snow Pro, Green Industry Solutions, its owners, team members, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

- Your use of the tool

- Your quotes or customer communications

- Your pricing decisions

- Your violation of these Terms

- Your violation of any law or regulation

- Your misuse of property, customer, or third-party data

- Your infringement of another person’s rights

20. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your plan according to the cancellation process shown in your account, checkout platform, or support instructions.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

- You violate these Terms

- Payment fails

- You misuse the tool

- You attempt to copy, resell, or interfere with the software

- We discontinue the service

- We are required to do so by law

After cancellation or termination, access to quote history, PDFs, unused credits, and account features may be limited or removed.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. We may also notify users by email or through the website where appropriate.

Your continued use of the tool after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
