1Find the Property
US and Canadian addresses are supported. US addresses can use the automatic property-data estimate. Canadian addresses use the map drawing tool or a known lawn-size entry.
Enter and select a US or Canadian address. US properties can use the automatic estimate; Canadian properties must be measured on the map or entered manually.
2Confirm Lawn Area
Quick Estimate will use the automatic property-data estimate once connected. You can still edit the mowable lawn area because lot size does not equal exact turf area.
Draw mode is more accurate. Search the address, then click around each mowable turf area on the map. The calculated area will replace the quick estimate.
Use this if the drawing tool is awkward or you already know the mowable lawn area. This manual measurement will replace the quick estimate.
